Cardio & Weight Training

Come join this drop-in full body workout. Class times are 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm on Tuesday and Thursday nights and 8am to 9am on Saturday mornings. The class can be adapted for entry level to advanced levels for men and women over the age of 16.  These classes are free to CCA members and led by a certified fitness instructor. This hour long class combines cardio and weight training to music for an intense workout. The music makes it fun while giving your body a strength and endurance workout.  All you need to bring is a yoga style mat for floor exercises and some weights.  The CCA has purchased some weights that can be used by members.

Kim has graciously donated her time and expertise to the community by teaching this class. Class size will be limited to how many people we can safely have in the room exercising (approximately 13).
