Play Groups Ontario Early Years Centre Drop-In Play Group The complimentary playgroup offered by the Ontario Early Years Center will cease to be offered in Corkery from Spring Break.  Due to staff cutbacks at OEYC they can no longer offer us a playgroup at Corkery.   Residents may access free drop-in playgroups in Carp, Almonte, Stittsville and Kanata.  If playgroup is to continue in Corkery, it will need to be run by a volunteer parent, as was done in the past. The children's furniture and toys in the storage room belong to the OEYC and will be removed.  This will impact the City who expect to be able to use the furniture and other items when they run Summer camps this year.
