Play Groups Playgroup for preschoolers and parents/caregivers Wednesday mornings 9:15am – 11:15am Corkery Community Center 3445 Old Almonte Road     Structured arts and crafts, play dough, playtime, songs, dancing and stretching as well as story time for ages 0-5.  Come and meet with other parents and caregivers in the area.  Share ideas and advice, enjoy a complementary coffee or teas.  Please bring your own nut-free snacks.   We are hoping to include visits from the public health nurse to speak and meet with parents and caregivers and answer any questions anyone may have.   A field trip to our fire station is in the works for the 2010/2011 year, as well as themed parties throughout the year.   This is a parent led playgroup with an experienced leader running the weekly sessions.  We value everyone’s input and hope to build a playgroup that meets everyone’s needs.   For more info, contact Donna Jones at 613-256-3532 or briandonna@sympatico.ca.
