Privacy Policy

The Corkery Community Association (CCA) collects personal information on its members to facilitate contact and communication between the CCA Board, Program Coordinators, and the general CCA membership.  There is no requirement to provide personal information, other than name, to be a member of the CCA.  At any time a member of the CCA can request a review of all their personal information held by the CCA.  The point of contact is the Membership Registrar.

The CCA collects personal information in the following ways:

- annual membership applications and renewals
- through the CCA website
- through regular mail, and email correspondence
- at CCA events

The CCA stores personal information in the following ways:

- personal information is only accessible to CCA Board members
- when necessary, personal information is released to program coordinators

The CCA uses personal information for internal purposes in the following ways:

- to obtain insurance
- to plan CCA programs
- the CCA may use photographs of events for publicity purposes

The CCA distributes personal information externally in the following ways:

- the CCA will only release personal information to third parties with prior consent from the CCA member or when it is required by law

Destruction Policy:

Personal information on members who have left the CCA will be destroyed within 90 days of their request to have their personal information destroyed.
