T-Ball
The T-ball program will be offered to boys and girls age 4 – 10 in the Corkery community. This year we will be splitting the kids into 4-5 year olds, 6-7 year olds and 8 – 10 year olds. The goals of this league include providing an introduction to the game of baseball and allowing the children to experience the value of teamwork. And of course, the main goal will be to have fun!
The emphasis will be on individual physical development of basic running, hitting and throwing skills by adhering to the guidelines provided by the Learn to Play program of Baseball Canada. Each session will be one hour in duration.
Cost
The cost of registration is $50 per child. All proceeds will be used to fund the purchase of equipment with any surplus donated to the Corkery Community Association
Equipment
The Corkery Community Association will provide balls, bases and most importantly the batting tee.
Parents are asked to provide their child with a glove and batting helmet.
Coaches
If you have not yet done so, please consider getting involved as a coach. You don’t need to know the game; you just have to learn it faster than the children. If you’re not sure or would like more information, please email Jacob Milosek at jacob.milosek@hwllp.ca

The 2025 season will run in September and early October. Dates are still to be confirmed. Registration will open in early July, 2025. Stay tuned for more information.
